The following terms, “you”, “your”, “yours” and “yourselves“, used in this privacy statement refers to any user of this website.
We are committed to keeping privacy and confidentiality of the information you provide to us. This Privacy statement outlines our current policies and practices with regards to personal data collected by us, either from receiving it directly from yourselves or through the website which abides by the European Data Protection laws.

GATHERING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
By using our services, we require your personal data to fulfil your orders and enquiries. This information provided by you will be saved on our ordering platform, our internal database and mailing service. The information provided to us by yourselves may sometimes be appended using third parties. For example, if address received was inaccurate, we may use a third party to fix this.

At any point, the user can ask for the gathered information on themselves from us with a written request. With permission of the user whose account we hold, we will disclose Personal Data. If the user wishes to delete or amend any information on themselves, they may do so by communicating this to us through emailing veterinary@vetordering.com. We will then eliminate or amend your Personal Data safely and according to the regulations. We will also notify related third parties of the necessary changes.

Your personal data will be utilised in order to fulfil your requirements. The data we acquire is relevant, appropriate and simply used to help us fulfil your needs. Your personal data may be used to contact yourselves either through post, voice or email for the following reasons:

- Sending you requested information on our services.

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MAILING SERVICE
We attempt to avoid bombarding our users with irrelevant information and only send out news and information that may be of interest to you. Please note: We sometimes use this to send out emails on new functionalities and changes to our service which may affect your ordering routine.

We use “Cookies” to collect anonymous data. This remains in your browser’s cookies file until the browser is closed. This allows us to collect anonymous information which cannot identify you personally. This information is used strictly for marketing purposes and seeing the effectiveness of our service and ultimately helping us to improve our service.

Your Personal Data is not sold, shared or distributed to unrelated third parties. Your Personal Data may however be occasionally be shared with a third party to further improve our technology and effectiveness for an improved service to yourselves. Third parties who work with us are subjected to following in accordance to safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality subsequent to us disclosing any information. For example, an IT issue on your account with us may lead to us having to send your account details to our IT Division in order to solve the issue on our behalf.
We may share or transfer your Personal Data from our database and server logs to comply with legal requirements, protect your best interests, protect our security of our database and website and take precautions to any legal liability.
Confidentiality
In accordance with new government law from the 25th May 2018 with recent GDRP changes, each party confirms that it will not at any time during the contact disclose to any person outside either company, confidential information for any other purpose other than to perform its obligations under the contract both parties work on.
